This story is set during the famine times, under British occupation as a young Irish girl, Sadhbh, tries to live her life with her family. One day, the young girl finds a beautiful flower that her mother warns her to be poisonous when consumed. She then uses this knowledge that her mother taught her to take revenge on her traitorous neighbour and those responsible for her mother's death.
